The most advanced form of automotive auxiliary lighting available is provided by these DELTA H.I.D. (High Intensity Discharge) systems which produce a 7,000 Kelvin light beam.
This system is capable of generating a clear, brilliant white light that is 30% brighter than daylight.
Until now this technology was only available as original equipment on luxury cars. DELTA H.I.D. Systems have surpassed that technology by bringing a new generation of H.I.D. technology that surpasses those systems. The extreme power offered by DELTA systems is generated by converting 12V battery power to 35,000 volts and creating a continuous arcing process of XENON gas.
This is the most energy efficient system which significantly outperforms halogen lighting yet consumes 30% less energy. The result is a soft, clear, almost bluish white light which is easy on your eyes because of its natural “daytime” like color.
The Dual Beam 550 Series is equipped with a True Hi/Lo H.I.D. actuated within the H.I.D. element via a control unit.
This series also features a 3rd beam low Amp “City Light”, which can serve as a Daytime Running Light or it can be used as a parking light.
Constructed with Heavy Duty 20-gauge steel housing utilizing a uni-body (no rivets) nothing to come loose construction design and stylishly black powder coated or luxuriously triple chrome plated for durability and long lasting good looks.
